FIT Sustainable Design Program
After embracing the growing movement this is Eco-Fashion with a museum exhibit FIT continues to move with the eco-friendly times by introducing a certificate program in Sustainable Design. Part of the college of Continuing Education the program gives future designers the knowledge and access to resources they need to build a business based on sustainable design practices.
I'm so excited to sign up! With eco fashion already slowly taking over I wonder if someone will start a program on Green Architecture (HINT HINT Columbia and NYU) :)))

A Cup a Day keeps a lot Away
Apparently Green Tea is even better for us than we originally thought! As scientists continue to study the effects of tea on daily health we discover that Green Tea, in addition to having cancer fighting attributes, is able to help with day to day functioning. (And as a New Yorker I need all the help I can get). This wonder drink boasts benefits such as reducing wrinkles, increasing energy and preventing skin damage. Read more at Yahoo Green Tips. Being an avid tea drinker myself I'll soon be shouting this from the rooftops and at every Starbucks I walk in to. :)
Back up and Running!
Due to my computer crashing after moving (thank you NYC weather) and wanting to do some serious research I had to stop blogging for a bit. Now I'm back YAAAAAYYY! Brace yourselves and stayed tuned :)))
